Printer queue is not displaying my print documents. How do I fix this?

When I use https://print.uw.edu/MyPrintCenter/, it does not show up in the queue when I go to the print station. I can confirm the document has completed upload - I'm checking after it has stopped "processing." Looking for assistance with this issue.


Answer

You must type your UW NetID- do not type your UW email address and then swipe your Husky card. For example, if your UW email is circdesk@uw.edu you only type "circdesk" at the printing station. If you are still having issues, please ask for assistance at the Infomation Desk or contact us at circdesk@uw.edu.
